Every year, over a thousand people walk into the Powerful Living Experience carrying the weight of businesses that have plateaued, internal resistance holding them back, and a version of themselves they've outgrown.
Three and a half days later, they leave completely transformed. The limiting beliefs that kept them stuck? Gone. The vision for what they're building? Clearer than ever. The certainty in what they're capable of? Unshakeable.
That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because of the team creating the environment where breakthroughs are possible. WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
The Powerful Living Experience 2026 takes place March 26-29, 2026 in Round Rock, TX. However, to ensure that we are able to provide an immersive experience for our attendees, we ask that all volunteers be available before and after the event.
You must be available from Noon on March 26th - 10:00 PM on March 29th.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Available for TWO (2) live one-hour mandatory online trainings on zoom
- Tuesday, February 3, 2026 @ 5:00 PM EST
- Tuesday, March 17, 2026 @ 6:00 PM EST
Available to complete FOUR (4) self-paced online training modules
Available in-person to attend the Powerful Living Experience from Noon on March 26th - 10:00 PM on March 29th
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING TO SUPPORT
It is through our dedicated staff and committed volunteers that we are able to have such a successful event every year. As a volunteer, you will be the face of David Bayer Businesses during the event and may be asked to do a number of the following roles:
Greet attendees as they arrive.
Help attendees register.
Be present at the door to verify attendance.
Assist with meeting space set up (before the event) and tear down (after the event).
Provide accurate information to attendees about agenda, rooms, and events.
Help with sorting, counting, and distributing collateral materials in the main room during the event.
Assist with running the mic throughout the crowd during the event.
Assist attendees in finding their seats in a timely manner.
Assist attendees in the back of the room.
Other event duties as assigned.
Please note that due to the nature of the volunteer position, you will not be able to participate in all parts of the live event and may be asked to fulfill duties outside of the main event room.
